School Stress
10th September 2014
GCSE stress doesn't just plague us at exam time, the move to Year 10 and start of the GCSE syllabus can make for a strained frst term.
How do you cope with the new pressures of your studies? Just follow these quick tips;
-
Keep a routine. Keeping a schedule can help you tackle one hurdle at a time, and as a result, feel more in control.
-
Keep a diary. The new workload from all your subjects can be overwhelming, so keep everything written down in order to not miss anything out.
-
Exercise regularly. Exercising for just 30 minutes a day will alleviate stress and tension, and can be something as simple as a brisk walk with your iPod.
-
Have fun. It's just as important to have fun as to study hard, or you'll burn out before Year 11. Spend free time doing things you enjoy and with friends.
-
